why "torchwebs"?

i came up with the name on ao3 when i was looking for a username. it originates from my own personal ship name for spider-man and human torch.

this site looks better on desktop! i am in no way a seasoned veteran of html so that's part of the reason as to why this site is severely basic. the other part is that it's just a lot more visually pleasing for me. i would like to one day get more creative but, alas, i am a busy student.
